Upon receiving the application form a member of the Kleenit team will contact you to schedule a comprehensive telephone discussion to discuss becoming a business owner and joining the Kleenit team. Following the phone discussion, you can secure your territory with a transfer of a $1,500 refundable deposit. This ensures that the territory cannot be released to any other potential business owner.

After receiving your request to reserve a territory, we will schedule a meeting to discuss the opportunity in detail and answer all questions that you may have. We will also provide you with a copy of the draft franchisee agreement to take to your solicitor and accountant for independent advice.

At this stage we would recommend that you hold discussions with your advisors including your accountant and solicitor regarding the agreement. If you wish to chat to our other franchisees we will be happy to provide contact details and they are all willing to discuss their experiences.

If this is the opportunity for you, then final preparation of the franchise agreement in your name will occur and a transfer of $4,000 (inc GST) will need to be made. This amount is deducted from the overall franchisee fee. The franchise agreement generally takes around two weeks to prepare.

After the mandatory 14-day cooling off period, you’ll sign the franchise agreement and pay the balance of $60,500.00 (inc GST), for your share in the exciting and growing Kleenit Franchise Group.

This is the final step. Once all the administrative and other tasks have been completed, you’ll undertake a specialised one-week training course at the Kleenit Training Academy in Western Australia. Courses are generally delivered every 6 weeks, however, dates and timing can vary.
